Emotional rebalancing through analogical coaching
Every behaviour we display in everyday life stems from our experience, stored in our unconscious mind. Many people think that logic rules our lives, but in truth it is our more instinctive nature that takes the lead, through emotions, that directs and controls our path, guiding us along a path we often follow unconsciously, living a life intertwined with suffering and pleasure.
But when the needs of our emotions are in harmony with those of our logical side, we experience a life that feels truly satisfying
However, throughout our lives, we will face both small and large problems that must be solved. At times, life may place us in situations where problems recur and persist, increasing stress, and it is natural to feel tired, anxious, and less patient. Therefore, when life becomes overwhelming, or for other reasons, we can reach a point where stress builds to the extent that emotions block us, preventing progress.
At times we find ourselves in situations where emotions outweigh logic, and at other times where logic prevails over our emotions. In both cases it can feel as if we are stuck, even when we don’t fully realize it.
However, thanks to the Analogical system, it is possible to restore a sense of mental balance that eases stress and allows us to approach life with greater calm and serenity.
But how does emotional rebalancing work, and how does it help the mind “reset”?
Through the use of the Analogical system, that is the system of emotions, I work on emotions, helping to restore a balance between the emotional and logical sides, since emotions are the factors that can either hinder or enhance an individual’s performance.

How does it work?
Let’s begin with the idea that many of the problems we face today have their roots in childhood experiences. During those early years, when we are most vulnerable, negative emotions, such as fear of rejection, low self-esteem, and others, can take hold in our minds unconsciously.
These fears often resurface throughout our lives, which is entirely natural. Fear is, after all, a fundamental and necessary emotion that helps us confront challenges and achieve results. However, this is true only when fear stays within manageable levels. When it becomes too intense, often as a result of negative or traumatic experiences, overcoming life’s obstacles becomes significantly more difficult for the individual.
Thanks to the Analogical system, it is possible to uncover the emotional roots of the problems a person is experiencing and that may be holding them back. This system, carefully developed by Italian psychologist and researcher Stefano Benemeglio over more than 50 years of studies and discoveries about how the human mind works, enables individuals to identify the underlying cause and work on resolving it

Emotional intelligence
The unconscious mind operates through analogy, recreating situations or emotional experiences similar to those from the past. This pattern, known as repetition compulsion, often leads individuals to unconsciously repeat traumatic childhood experiences. But what drives this cycle?
Emotional intelligence functions as an independent system, with its own way of interpreting reality, its own language, and its own needs. By shaping logical and rational decisions, it frequently governs the individual as a whole, influencing and regulating the internal processes that guide behaviour and thought.
Furthermore, the unconscious mind feeds on emotions, regardless of their nature. It does not distinguish between good and bad, nor does it operate within moral or ethical boundaries. It is guided solely by emotional intensity which means the stronger the emotion, the greater its influence. Whether pleasure or pain, love or fear, the more intense the feeling, the deeper its hold.
In the unconscious, time ceases to exist. There is no past or future, only a continuous present.
This means that a person facing a seemingly insurmountable problem may find themselves reliving the same emotional experiences from their past, often originating during youth, but with greater intensity or emphasis.
